We have earned recognition from Tatler Malaysia as a beacon of the locavore movement and has delighted fine dining enthusiasts in Kota Kinabalu, earning nominations for Malaysia's Best Restaurant top 100 from 2019 to 2024 in Sabah, establishing it as the premier fine dining destination in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
OITOM is a fine dining restaurants in Kota Kinabalu that champions the use of locally-sourced, premium, and seasonal ingredients, with a particular emphasis on seafood, given Sabah's rich bounty. From the sea to the mountains, where ingredients like kodop and Asian grapes are harvested, We are dedicated to fostering a sustainable and vibrant food culture through its seasonal tasting menus.
